Across from the Riverwalk, close to downtown, close to theater district, easy access to the “L”, and professional and helpful staff. This is our second time staying here.

Everything good but there was somekind of resort fee charged which I was not informed of when I checked in. This fee included some rhings I could have used during the stay. I complained about this and they removed it from the bill.

The hotel has many amenities like a gym, bar and restaurant. It even had a convenient store at reception which came in handy. You can also have the option not for the cleaners to clean the room and you do it yourself and save $10 per night.

Such a beautiful room and view. Bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was so helpful and welcoming. We never get our rooms cleaned during our stay since I keep it tidy and we don’t like staff going through our stuff, and we found out every day we didn’t get the room cleaned was $10 off for snacks or dinner at the Palm or drinks at the bar, so we basically got $70 (7 nights) worth of free stuff. Really enjoyed our stay
